2. From this point, you will be in direct communication with the artist / exhibitor to finalise your purchase and delivery.

3. The artist / exhibitor will present you with a pro‐forma invoice including any other charges like packaging, shipping and insurance for your final acceptance.

4. The artist / exhibitor will also present you with his/her terms and conditions for the sale for your acceptance.

5. The platform (artexpo.co.za) is not involved in the sale between you (the buyer) and the artist / exhibitor and is not liable for any actions or claims.

6. You agree that the platform (artexpo.co.za) may process and store your information for communication purposes – you may opt out at any stage.
